The limited warranty on your new Flash2Pass™ is as follows:

What is covered:
All parts defective in material and workmanship.

For how long:
For one year from the date of purchase.

What we will do:
We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective component free of charge.

What we will not do:
Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.

What you must do:
Call us toll free at (866) 249-7427 to see if we can remedy the problem before the units are returned, or to receive a returned goods authorization number if a return is necessary. Return the necessary components including your name and address, along with proof of purchase from an authorized Flash2Pass™ dealer. Label and ship, freight prepaid, to F2P Technologies, 2301 W. Beverley St., Unit G, Staunton, VA 24401.

Other conditions:
This warranty is fully transferable provided that the original owner furnished the proof of purchase from an authorized Flash2Pass!22 dealer. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. F2P TECHNOLOGIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHSE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL F2P TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. This warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper installation or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification as determined solely by us.
